Even though we have rescue dogs up to our necks waiting on their forever homes. I couldn’t say ‘no’ and turn this 9 year old senior away. Saved from a beating, before a bullet all because he licked the hand of a visitor he was so happy to see. The owner is a meth-psychopath and apparently was going to bury this boy alive. I couldn’t turn up today, but then he wouldn’t be alive tomorrow. So I left home by 4am for the 2hr drive.
He is safe, warm and is going to be living inside with a retired couple in the country side. No nearby beaches, just lots of trees, fresh air and a beautiful garden. Enjoy the kind side buddy.
